Let's Study so-as-to Show ourselves approved
( 2 Timothy 2:15 )

The following is a short study of what many refer to as "the Rapture Doctrine" or as some call it, "the Fly Away Doctrine"
An important factor one MUST be in possession of in order to understand this teaching is COMMON SENSE
This is a personal quest I started a number of years ago with much time and research being invested.
You are challenged to NOT take my word for what I know to be the Truth but to do your own research.

"For those not wellfounded on God's word - you won't know if their telling the truth or not" A.M of S.C.

For those that watch/follow/attend any of the many "rapture" teaching churches/Ministries of today, pray that God grants you the discernment necessary to have the correct understanding of this teaching Commentary and supplemental information. It's intent is to counter, through the Scriptures AND common sense alone that a "Rapture" is not in any way founded in God's word and is in fact a doctrine of Satan's doing. The scriptural evidence is overwhelming to those that God has granted understanding, with eyes to see and the ears to hear. However the finial call will be yours. May God grant you understanding for IF you are alive and wrong when antichrist arrives on earth, de facto, you WILL be deceived and you will fail to make the 1st resurrection and you will spend the Millennium on the wrong side of the gulf where the rich man resides to this day, fully conscious and fully aware and knowing that he messed up, read the parable of Lazarus and the rich man.
Consider carefully what God is telling us in Revelation 12:9Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Ponder that verse for a bit and then consider
what Satan, as antichrist will accomplish in this generation during that 5 month season. Very few living Christians will make the 1st Resurrection at that time. The rest of the world, all that did not "die in Christ" are already on that wrong side awaiting the arrival of Christ to start the Millennium.
If you are living during this season that is soon to arrive; will you make that 1st resurrection or will you be deceived as the whole world will be and spend the 1000 years on the wrong side of that gulf.

For the most part you will find that there are no "opinions" no "traditions of man" no assumptions within this teaching. What we have done is tie together, in their context, scripture verses throughout the Bible, demonstrating in God's own words that He did NOT factor into His "Plan of Salvation" any kind of "escape plan" for the church so that His children of this generation could avoid the coming tribulations. There is NO evidences of a "rapture" of the church in His word when the Scriptures are understood as God wrote them.
Think about this, If throughout history God let some of His best servants go through all kinds of persuasion then how on earth do you figure that you are so special to Him that He is going to spare you from the coming tribulation, He isn't. Some of the Prophets wished that they could have been born into the generation, think about that. God's word will prove the above to be true, we will let His Word speak for Itself.

IF God has blessed you with discernment then you will discover that not only is the Rapture a lie, it is the lie of Satan's doing. In Ezekiel 13:20Ezekiel 13:20 Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly. God is warning His children of this fact, however this verse is not the linchpin to knowing that the Rapture Doctrine is a lie. One must have understanding, and a solid understanding within the heart and mind in order to "recognize" the Truth about the Rapture. The proof that the Rapture is a lie is spread throughout the Scriptures, OT & NT, involving many, many verses and not just a few that so many of the Rapture believers cite, over and over again.

Following are a few teaser verses that calls into question "their" rapture doctrine:
Matthew 24:20Matthew 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: - harvested out of season.
Ephesians 6:16Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. - this is speaking of antichrist so why would God have you do this if you are going to be gone???
Matthew 24:40Matthew 24:40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. - the first ones taken are those that are harvested out of season, taken by Satan in his role as antichrist.
Matthew 13:30Matthew 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. - here God is telling the reapers to gather the tares first at the time of the harvest. Think about that, 1st ones taken.
Matthew 13:38Matthew 13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; - God makes it clear who the tares are, though this is an easy one to understand.
2 Thessalonians 2:32 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; - "Christ is NOT coming UNTIL Satan has done his time on earth as antichrist, period...
1 Thessalonians 4:171 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. - Now this is the real kicker -

this"cloud" in verse :17 is as a cloud of locus, it is a figure of speech, it has NOTHING to do with the physical sky. To make the point let's have a look at a verse in Hebrews for clarification, see Hebrews 12:1 which talks about a "cloud" as a group of witnesses. And again, use common sense when reasoning the word of God and NOT the traditions of man.

The word "air" in this verse is referring to the breath of life body, the spirit, it is NOT talking about the atmosphere or sky. To help nail this down in your mind let's do a word study on this word "air". Using a Strong's Concordance we will extract from the original manuscripts the meaning of the word "air" used here, The Greek word is G109 - To help with sealing this up in your mind let's have a quick read of Genesis 2:7 To finish up let's look at the Hebrew word "spirit" H7307
Paul wrote Thessalonians, Paul spoke Colloquial Greek (street Greek).
IF God gives you the "eyes to see and the ears to hear" AND you do your research you WILL see the Truth in the Rapture lie.

Of all the Literature, programs and websites I have evaluated over the years that support the Rapture, I have yet to come across just one that has made even the few connections cited above. They're are many "connections" (a verse that directly or indirectly supports another verse's subject matter) in the Word that show beyond the shadow of a doubt that Christ will NOT return to this earth, in any fashion, not at all; to "take the church out" as the Rapture crowd believes, It just is NOT going to happen. It is NOT in the Word of God and anyone that tells you that it is has done nothing more than to verify that God cannot trust them with His Truths and that they do follow the "traditions of man" which void the Word of God.
The "church" AND those that believe the Rapture lie will go through the times of tribulation just like all living humans will at that time. God's word is clear on this, there is NO escape plan, however there is one that will convience the world that he is here to fly them out.
Why on earth would God give anyone in this generation a "free pass" - He would not, He will not, He does not; and His Word makes this so very clear; if you read it with "understanding" you will know this. This generation could even be thought of as the most important generation of man in the flesh for it is this generation that will see the completion of all prophecy; this is the generation of the fig tree spoken of by Daniel the prophet, all prophecy will be fulfilled in this generation.Matthew 24:32-34
:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
this is just a fact and the Scriptures do PROVE it. Read very carefully, with understanding what is being said in the following verse:

2 Thessalonians 2:3
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come
a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

1) - "that day" - What day is that, the day Jesus the Christ returns to earth, this is the Second Advent.
2) - "a falling away first" - What is this "falling away" - it is the great apostasy - this is when one's belief is changed, almost instantly.
3) - "the son of perdition" - Who is the "son of perdition" - there can and is only one (1) - it is Satan; and his role is antichrist.

At this point it really doesn't matter what you or I think or even what we want to believe; is there a Rapture of the church or is there no rapture. We must let God's word stand on it's own and NOT be following after the "traditions of man" nor relying on our opinions and interpretations. If God has granted you with the eyes to see and ears to hear, (a precious gift from our Father) let His word speak for itself. After reviewing the information in this short study IF you continue with this topical study beyond this writing you will at some point come to the emphatic understanding and conclude that the Rapture is in fact the great lie Satan will use on God's children when he comes as antichrist; and then sotoo will verse 20 of Ezekiel 13 indeed be considered prophetic, having profound significance.
(Aa a note of caution, the NIV translators changed it to "birds flying")
Consider carefully what God tells us about having "eyes to see and ears to hear. Understand that God has, does, and will send the spirit of stupor; as well as strong delusions to those of His children that will not listen to His word but rather rely on their own judgment and do follow the "traditions of man" The Rapture Doctrine is of the most wicked.

Following are just 2 of several verses in the O.T. where God is coming down on the foolish children, Jeremiah 5:21Jeremiah 5:21 Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not: also Jeremiah 4:22Jeremiah 4:22 For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.
And here in the N.T., in
Romans 11:8Romans 11:8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. God tells us what He does, even onto this generation, to those of His children that do not and will not listen to Him but follow after their own understanding, the "traditions of man" believing the lie, the Rapture is a LIE
